Welcome to the Partnership The Partnership for a Safe and Healthy Pacifica has been in existence since 2005 to recognize and reduce alcohol and substance abuse among our young people. The Partnership is proud of its dedication and commitment to community change. This coalition will continue to assess the needs of the community, plan and implement strategies that address these needs, and evaluate each step to insure that goals and objectives are reached.
Our Two Main Goals:
|
Our Mission: “We exist to create a safe and healthy Pacifica by mobilizing the community to effect change—and reduce substance abuse.”
The Partnership is a special project of the Jefferson Union High School District. Youth and adults are working together to make positive changes in our community.

The Partnership is currently funded through the Drug Free Communities Support Program from the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). This federal funding seeks to engage all sectors of the community in grassroots efforts to reduce substance use. Sponsored by Office of the National Drug Control Policy |
